Step 2:Preparing Process
Tools Requirement:Fiber Jacket Stripper,Miller stripper.


1,put connector parts onto fiber cable
2,use Fiber Jacket Stripper to strip the jacket of cable.
3,then use miller stripper to strip cladding and coating of fiber
Step 3:Solidify epoxy resin glue
Tools requirement: heat oven & epoxy resin glue & Epoxy Resin Glue Pneumatic Injector & Centrifuge

Introduction
JJT-550C series fiber connector polisher is a full-featured polishing machine with complete electronic control on speed, force, and polishing time. The unique speed-ramping feature ensures minimum damage to expensive polishing films. The machine can be adapted to fc/upc, sc/upc, st/upc, lc/upc, lc/apc, mu/upc, fc/apc, sc/apc, mt-rj, E2000 connectors etc, and other polishing needs such as optical crystals and other micro-sized optics.
